How long will it take for my order to arrive?
All orders are dispatched from Auckland, New Zealand and issued with a Track n Trace which is trackable via the NZ POST.
If your order items are in stock you order will be dispatched immediately and will arrive within 3 days for nationwide orders. International order delivery time will be specified by email.
All of our Solid 18kt Gold pieces are made to order and can take up to 3 weeks to arrive depending on your location.
International orders that have not selected fast shipping may take longer.

Do we ship overseas?
Yes, we do via NZ Postal service.
Who pays customs duties?
All customers are responsible for their own customs duties, if and when they are charged.
Do we offer Refunds/ Exchanges?
Yes, but only on faulty items. We also only offer exchanges on faulty items.
